The Post-doctoral Fellow will implement socio-economic research that contributes to the Asian Mega Delta Initiative, and potentially other research projects in the IRRI-Cambodia Office. This research covers studies that examine the adoption and socio-economic incentives for specific cropping systems and practices. The incumbent will also contribute to research on inclusiveness of these systems and practices, or how these potentially benefit (or disadvantage) various stakeholders, different types of farmers, gender, and age groups. Contribution to understanding multi-stakeholder linkages, governance and broader policies in the current systems and systems in transition is also expected from this post.
This position will be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and is open for international applications.
